Delivery
• the gift vouchers are sent by Australia Post's standard mail service and we charge 50c for postage. If you
require the vouchers to be sent by Express Mail we charge $4.30 for postage.
How to redeem
• the gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase, the date may be extended by
negotiation with chocolate espresso before the expiry date
• the recipient should contact chocolate espresso to book a tour, quoting the gift voucher number
• the recipient should give the gift voucher to the tour guide on the day of the tour
Cancellation policy
• if the recipient cancels his/her booking more than seven (7) days before the booked tour, he or she may book
another tour (subject to availability). No refund is given
• if the recipient cancels his/her booking fewer than seven (7) days before the booked tour, the voucher may
be transferred to another person (to a family member or friend, for example), but the new recipient is committed to the date and tour
of the original booking. No refund is given
