Cancellation policy
• if you cancel your booking more than five (5) days before the booked tour, you may book another tour
(subject to availability) or request a refund. A refund is subject to an administration fee of $10.00.
• if you cancel your booking fewer than five (5) days before the booked tour, you may transfer it to another
person (to a family member or friend, for example), but the new recipient is committed to the date and tour of the original booking.
No refund is given.
Information
Tour participants - adults and children aged 13 and over
Tour duration - 2.5 - 3 hours approximately
Group size - maximum 12 participants
• individuals and groups are welcome
• if fewer than 10 people are booked for a tour, its operation is at chocolate
espresso's discretion
Degree of difficulty - walking grade easy, over footpaths and roads, all tours have some steps but can be wheelchair accessible with prior notice and discussion
What to bring - the tours operate all year round and in all weathers so bring the
appropriate equipment: water, sun hat, umbrella, comfortable shoes
